Sudbury East Community Health Centre
The Sudbury East Community Health Centre offers blood work services to ALL, clients and non-clients. All you need is a requisition from your doctor; he or she has to be registered through the Ministry of Health (MOHLTC) or Health Sciences North (Sudbury Hospital). Your results will be sent directly to the provider. Please note that requisitions from the Sturgeon Falls Hospital cannot be accepted - the company processing the test will not send reports.
Blood Work Schedule
Bloodwork is available 8-11am with an appointment every Monday and Tuesday in St.Charles.
Bloodwork is available 7:30-10:30 am every Wednesday in Warren
Every second Thursday they rotate between French River and St. Charles 8-11am
