Sudbury East Building and By-Law Services (SEBBS) are responsible for enforcing Municipal By-Laws within the Municipality of St.-Charles.

Common By-Law infractions include:

• Messy yards
• Dogs off leash
• Noise complaints
• Burning or Fireworks at inappropriate times
• Snow being pushed on road
