Half Load Restrictions will be coming into effect at the end of next week March 13, 2026.
Temporary signs indicating reduced load limits will be installed throughout this week and next week on designated municipal roads. These restrictions are necessary to protect roads during the spring thaw when roadbeds are particularly vulnerable to damage.
Half Load Restrictions typically remain in effect until early June, depending on weather conditions and road stability. Please contact the Municipality if you require a half load exemption. These may be granted based on road conditions, weather conditions with special conditions.
Motorists and commercial operators are asked to observe all posted signage and adjust loads accordingly.
