Join us for a fun and informative celebration of healthy aging on Thursday, October 1, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Markstay-Warren Multiplex (39 Rue Lafontaine St., Markstay-Warren).
This free event is open to adults aged 55+, family members, and caregivers. Explore a variety of resources and services designed to help seniors live confidently and independently, including health and wellness information, recreation opportunities, home safety supports, and much more.
Enjoy a free lunch, connect with local service providers, and take part in games and prize draws. Complimentary transportation is available for Markstay-Warren residents.

Joignez-vous à nous pour une journée festive et enrichissante consacrée au vieillissement en santé le jeudi 1er octobre 2026, de 10 h à 14 h, au Multiplex de Markstay-Warren (39, rue Lafontaine, Markstay-Warren).
Cette activité gratuite s’adresse aux personnes âgées de 55 ans et plus, aux membres de leur famille ainsi qu’aux proches aidants. Venez découvrir une variété de ressources et de services favorisant l’autonomie et le bien-être des aînés, notamment en matière de santé, de loisirs, de sécurité à domicile et bien plus encore.
Profitez d’un repas gratuit, rencontrez des organismes et fournisseurs de services locaux, et participez à des jeux et tirages de prix. Un service de transport gratuit est offert aux résidents de Markstay-Warren.
