The Municipality of Markstay-Warren is advancing the proposed Markstay Community Hub at 8 Church Street in Markstay. The Municipality is issuing this Request for Information to consolidate and validate the information required to support final municipal due diligence, Council decision-making, funding and financing approvals, procurement planning, construction readiness, and the long-term operating model for the facility.
This RFI is intended to obtain information from organizations and professionals with direct knowledge of the project or relevant expertise, including design and engineering consultants, construction and project-management professionals, financing partners, library and community-service partners, and other organizations that may contribute to the project’s successful implementation.
The Municipality is not seeking a binding bid through this RFI. Where costs, schedules or
financing information are requested, respondents should provide current budgetary,
indicative or validated information sufficient to allow the Municipality to assess project
feasibility and readiness.
