Q: I can’t see the live stream link before the meeting
A: The live stream link is added when the host starts the meeting. Meetings will typically start 15 minutes before the scheduled start
Q: I can’t find the saved video
A: Videos are cut prior to posting to ensure time testing prior to the meeting, closed session pauses and recess pauses are removed for efficient viewing and storage.
Q: I can’t hear the stream. How do I inform the municipality?
A: The Municipality monitors the live stream link through external participants. Groups such as the library are in touch with staff to allow for any adjustments to start the meeting. There are times where technical difficulties may prevent effective streaming. In these instances the meeting may proceed under council’s discretion. Minutes for the meeting will be posted after the meeting.
Q: I can’t see the minutes of the last meeting.
A: Minutes are reviewed prior to posting. Please allow up to 1 week for meeting minutes to be posted.
