Water & Sewer
Water and Sewer services are available in the village of Warren and Water service is available in the village of Markstay only.
The current year water rates are established through the Water and Sewer By-Law on a yearly basis for both villages.
Similarly, the sewer rates are established by the Water and Sewer By-Law on a yearly basis.

- May 31, 2024
- October 31, 2024
Late Payments
A late payment charge of 1.25% per month shall apply to all bills not paid on or before the established due date and shall be added on the first of the month thereafter until all arrears are paid.
Any balance remaining unpaid shall be transferred to the tax roll for that property and shall be collected in the same manner as municipal taxes.
