For instructions on setting up a payee and entering your account number, please click here: <a href=\"https:\/\/markstay-warren.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/Online-Payment-Cheat-Sheet-1-1.pdf\">Online Payment Cheat Sheet<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2><strong>Late Payments<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>A late payment charge of 1.25% per month shall apply to all bills not paid on or before the established due date and shall be added on the first of the month thereafter until all arrears are paid.<\/p>\n<p>Any balance remaining unpaid shall be transferred to the tax roll for that property and shall be collected in the same manner as municipal taxes.<\/p>\n<h2>Water system Drinking Water Quality Management System (DWQMS)<\/h2>\n<p>The Municipality of Markstay-Warren is the owner of the Markstay Distribution Sytsem and Warren Drinking Water Systems, with the City of Greater Sudbury serving as the Operating Authority.<\/p>\n<p>The Markstay Distribution System receives treated drinking water from the City of Greater Sudbury&#8217;s Wanapitei Water Treatment Plant. The Warren Drinking Water System is supplied solely by two groundwater wells that serve as its source of potable water.<\/p>\n<p>Both systems are operated and maintained in accordance with Ontario&#8217;s Drinking Water Quality Management Standard (DWQMS) and applicable legislative requirements. The DWQMS provides a comprehensive quality management framework designed to ensure the consistent delivery of safe, reliable drinking water to consumers.<\/p>\n<p>The City of Greater Sudbury and The Municipality of Markstay-Warren are jointly committed to providing safe drinking water to the consumers that complies with all applicable legislation and regulations, while continuing to improve and maintain the Quality Management System.<\/p>\n<p>This commitment is fulfilled through the implementation and continual improvement of a Drinking Water Quality Management System (DWQMS) that meets the requirements of the Ontario Drinking Water Quality Management Standard.<\/p>\n<p>Together, we are committed to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Protecting public health by ensuring the consistent supply of safe drinking water.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Complying with all applicable legislation and regulations governing drinking water systems in Ontario.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintaining and continually improving the DWQMS through regular review, audits, and updates.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Communicating effectively with stakeholders, including regulators, customers, and municipal officials.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Documenting procedures to ensure transparency, accountability, and traceability in all aspects of water system management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La Ville du Grand Sudbury et la Municipalit\u00e9 de Markstay-Warren ont pour engagement conjoint de fournir de l&#8217;eau potable saine \u00e0 leurs consommateurs, conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 toutes les lois et \u00e0 tous les r\u00e8glements applicables, tout en continuant d&#8217;am\u00e9liorer et de maintenir le Syst\u00e8me de gestion de la qualit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Elles respectent cet engagement en mettant en \u0153uvre un syst\u00e8me de gestion de la qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019eau potable (SGQEP) qui satisfait aux exigences de la norme de gestion de la qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019eau potable de l\u2019Ontario et en l\u2019am\u00e9liorant continuellement.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ensemble, elles se sont engages:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00e0 prot\u00e9ger la sant\u00e9 publique en garantissant une alimentation constante en eau potable saine;<\/li>\n<li>\u00e0 respecter toutes les lois et tous les r\u00e8glements applicables qui r\u00e9gissent les r\u00e9seaux d\u2019alimentation en eau potable en Ontario;<\/li>\n<li>\u00e0 maintenir et \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer continuellement le SGQEP par l\u2019entremise d\u2019examens, de v\u00e9rifications et de mises \u00e0 jour p\u00e9riodiques;<\/li>\n<li>\u00e0 communiquer efficacement avec les parties prenantes, y compris les organes de r\u00e9glementation, les clients et les responsables municipaux;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00e0 documenter les proc\u00e9dures afin d\u2019assurer la transparence, la responsabilit\u00e9 et la tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9 de tous les aspects de la gestion du syst\u00e8me d\u2019alimentation en eau.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greatersudbury.ca\/live\/water-wastewater-treatment-compliance\/water\/drinking-water-quality1\/drinking-water-quality-accordion\/drinking-water-quality-management-system-dwqms\/\">Drinking Water Quality Management System<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Annual Drinking Water Quality Reports-Warren<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/1drv.ms\/b\/s!AtrbfO6zXgtQh4MQat-o3m8rlkSC1A?e=ERcxM3\">01\/01\/2023 &#8211;
