Each bill is divided into two installments.<\/p>\n<p>The Municipality of Markstay-Warren establishes taxation levies based on the MPAC assessments.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0budget\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/markstay-warren.ca\/en\/your-government\/by-laws\">By-LawThis link opens in a new window<\/a>\u00a0for the year being considered for the specific rates.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Billing<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Billing Cycle: Four (4) per year.<\/li>\n<li>Typical Interim billing:<strong>\u00a0February and March<\/strong>\u00a0(may vary slightly)<\/li>\n<li>Interim bill amount: 50% of the previous year&#8217;s annualized taxes for your property<\/li>\n<li>Final Billing:\u00a0<strong>July and August<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Final bill amount: Will reflect any increase\/decrease in your assessment for the taxation year.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>\u00a0<strong>Method of Payment<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Pre-Authorized Payment Plan (PAP).
