{"id":64,"date":"2025-12-05T01:50:31","date_gmt":"2025-12-05T01:50:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/markstay-warren.ca\/?page_id=64"},"modified":"2025-12-05T01:54:55","modified_gmt":"2025-12-05T01:54:55","slug":"animal-control","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/markstay-warren.ca\/fr\/municipal-services\/animal-control\/","title":{"rendered":"Animal Control"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Animal Control &amp; Licensing<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sudbury East Building and By-Law Services is responsible for enforcement of the Animal Control By-Law and stray or nuisance dogs (and their owners).<\/p>\n<p>Please contact the municipal office to submit a complaint to report roaming dogs, if you have found a dog, or to report anyone who is allowing their dog to be a nuisance to others.<\/p>\n<p>For emergencies 24 hours a day 7 days a week, please dial\u00a0<strong>705-853-4536 extension 4000.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Animal Licensing<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Dog Tags<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The annual dog tags (license) are available at the municipal office during regular business hours.\u00a0 The annual fee for dog tags is defined in our\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/markstay-warren.ca\/en\/your-government\/by-laws\">By-Law 2020-06\u00a0This link opens in a new window<\/a>\u2013 Service Charges and Fees &#8211; Schedule \u201cE\u201d. Seniors discount is available.
