To improve transparency and public engagement, Regular and Special Council Meetings (excluding Closed Session meetings) are livestreamed and recorded whenever possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To watch a meeting live, select it from the calendar below once the livestream begins. If you miss the live broadcast, the recording will be posted to the meeting calendar the following day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please note that meeting dates, times, and agendas are subject to change. Agendas are typically posted by 4:00 p.m. on the Friday before the meeting, and minutes are published after they have been approved by Council.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For questions about Council agendas, minutes, recordings, or appearing before Council, please contact Marc Serr\u00e9 CAO\/Clerk at 705-853-4536 or <a href=\"mailto:cao@markstay-warren.ca\">cao@markstay-warren.ca<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Technical Notice: <\/strong>While every effort is made to provide livestreams and recordings, technical issues may occasionally prevent a broadcast or recording from being available. Meetings will typically start 15 minutes before the scheduled start<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Q: I can\u2019t find the saved video<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A: Videos are cut prior to posting to ensure time testing prior to the meeting, closed session pauses and recess pauses are removed for efficient viewing and storage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Q: I can\u2019t hear the stream. How do I inform the municipality?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A: The Municipality monitors the live stream link through external participants. Groups such as the library are in touch with staff to allow for any adjustments to start the meeting. There are times where technical difficulties may prevent effective streaming. In these instances the meeting may proceed under council\u2019s discretion. Minutes for the meeting will be posted after the meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Q: I can\u2019t see the minutes of the last meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A: Minutes are reviewed prior to posting.
